By booking a cruise with Princess Sailing Cruises Rhodes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website or authorized partners.

• A full or partial payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

• Payments are securely processed via third-party providers.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• In case of bad weather or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. A full refund will be offered.

3. Onboard Conduct

• Guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times.

• We reserve the right to deny service to guests who appear intoxicated or behave inappropriately.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• Participation in our cruises is at your own risk. All reasonable safety measures are followed.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
